Hi! Um super fast summary if you don't want to read allat, I used to be friends with this girl and her bf, but i stopped being as close with her and i grew closer to him (due generally to circumstances with no bad blood or weirdness) then after that they broke up, and then a few months afterward I had a couple of weird dreams and I can't get them out of my head and I don't know what to do.
So this is messy as hell, but for context I have these two friends, let's call them L and T. They were together for about a year-two years ish and I met both of them while they were a couple and I grew pretty close to L over the course of the school year, since we sat together in a few classes and therefore spent a lot of time together. It was through her that I made friends with T, her bf at the time, who was in my grade (L was the year above us). L graduated the year before, so this past year me and T had classes together and hung out and grew to be good friends as well, but after L graduated she quickly stopped really talking to me much and all our mutual friends have confirmed that she doesn't have any beef but just is bad with the distance (since she moved away for school) but even still we haven't actually talked meaningfully in over a year.
So then it happened that I was closer with T than I was with L, since we naturally had more time around each other than I did with her, and it wasn't weird at all between us. However, about 5-6 months ago they broke up, and T was going through a lot of other stuff at the same time (lost his job, and was failing a class he needed to graduate) and I was adamant on not taking sides, and I got both sides of the story (albeit through L's best friend, which may have warped the story a little bit but still) and it seemed relatively faultless, and T said that they were on good terms but he just felt hurt cause it felt a little out of nowhere. But then, a few days after he told me all that, he told me that he'd found out (and had receipts) that L pretty much immediately started hooking up with her manager, and T told me he had been suspicious before they even broke up, and L and her new guy were both watching his ig stories, and he felt weirded out by it so he blocked them both, and as far as I know they have not had any contact since February, and I have had passing conversations with L and have remained pretty close with T in the mean time.
All this is to give context for my trouble: back in May, a few days before my graduation, I had a weird dream and I won't go into detail but it was about T, and it made the next few days of seeing him really awkward for me. I didn't tell him about it, obviously, but I keep remembering it and it's driving me crazy cause it's so weird, and he's appeared in other strange dreams but with much less heavy implications. I don't intend on trying to date him or anything like that because we're moving to different cities soon and I don't want to compromise the friendship, but like would I be a bad friend to L if I were to? Cause I don't know if she still considers me a friend given we barely ever speak to each other. Does it make me a bad friend to have had those dreams about her ex, and to have lingered on them so long? Does it make me a bad friend to T to have had those dreams and not told him? I just don't know how to cope with this whole deal and I feel guilty about it but at the same time I don't think I've actually done anything wrong to either person? Idk help a girl out please

okay so what i'm getting is: T & L were your friends, L graduated so ofc you and T became closer (nothing wrong with that! like you said, it was natural and bound to happen). L had her own things and started doing her own things too, and you and T were still friends.
okay i TOTALLY get the dream part because i am a person who dreams A LOT and most of them are of course, random, i've gotten many dreams about friends because i see them so often, so honestly it is completely normal!
with the whole L situation and how she naturally grew apart from you, this may be a hot take (idk i've personally never dated anyone before so i don't know this part) but i don't think you'd be a bad friend for dating him. something i will say is there's definitely other people, kinda recommend it to not stir up anything.. i understand you said you wouldn't try it and i think that's the best outcome.
like i said, 've been there with the dreams before. they are completely unintentional so do not blame yourself for having those dreams. you saw him frequently so naturally you dreamt about him. THE GUILT PART, HEAR ME OUT, if you KNOW he is understanding and will never EVER judge you, tell him. from good (so that means opposite from what i'll right now describe) experience, don't ever accidentally confess something to the wrong person out of impulse because its eating you. i've been there with expressing a feeling to a friend because i felt guilty (for the same reason, because they didn't know about it).
you're pretty much safe with him not telling his ex since they aren't on speaking terms, so if you know he won't make it weird, you can tell him. you can also tell him that it wasn't intentional, you don't seek a relationship with him, and you want the friendship to remain how it is.
if you just don't wanna tell him my solution to EVERYTHING is an unsent letter in your journal/notes app. explain everything you want to share and it'll immediately make you feel better about it.

for people who are it girls, confidence is always key!! this doesn’t just mean looks, it means feeling good about yourself.
you can still be productive and be in bed, do with what you feel that day.
you can be in bed and journal, add things to your pinterest board that helps you plan your future plans (outfits, trips, etc), and things like that!
as for being productive, everybody has different ideas of that. if your productive days feel worth it in the end, i think you should always choose productive. but don’t overwork yourself either, taking a break is also good!
im looking for some girl talk on how to handle a new situation. i just told my bf of 6 years that i wanna break up and its both freeing & terrifying. we've agreed on couples counselling to see what can be done (he wants to try again and treat me better & i want to know how to healthily move on/coexist since we live together and havr been good friends for many many years since before our relationship).
so i guess what im asking is, how do i do this? this is new territory for me and im not sure how to act.

firstly, i know you said you broke it off and want to move on, but definitely ask yourself if you truly want to be with him and give him another chance considering yall are going to counseling for couples.
not saying that the couples counseling is a bad choice, if anything, its great because you guys reached out for help!
however you did say you wanted to move on and coexist, so this is understandably pretty difficult.
to answer "how do i do this?", keep going to counseling and take the advice you're given since its coming from a professional :) you guys were already really good friends, i think it should be an easier process than you think it is. of course it can be scary, you're allowed to be nervous by this new found experience.
you also mentioned that it feels freeing, which if you think so and you were the one who called it off, trust your gut! go with what you desire and if you want to break it off completely but still be on good terms with him, there's your answer. don't try to fit it with something that he's only okay with. make it clear what you want for your future.

hi anonymous person! truthfully speaking, i am not well educated in religions, so i will try my best and use the best of my knowledge!
if you live with family it’s best to communicate those thoughts with your parents since you mentioned being forced to wear your hijab. with religious parents of course it can be difficult to get your point across. i recommend telling them you’ll be at better peace with yourself if you stopped limiting yourself in how you want to express yourself. if you’re already living your own life, i say its perfectly okay to let go of anything that holds you back from your own beliefs!
beauty is within, i don’t think getting rid of your hijab and changing the way you dress later on in life shows that you “wasted” your youth. it shows that you’ve found confidence in what you feel comfortable in! i’m sure you’re beautiful with or without your hijab, sending my best wishes!
