Spawn Control: Random NPCs and Services | The Sims 4
"Spawn Control: Random NPCs and Services" is a mod that seeks to be the spiritual successor to the mod created by Paulson, NPC Control.
Notice: This mod is still under development, but it's advanced enough to release version 1.0.0. Using this mod won't cause errors in your games, but it's possible that some NPCs might glitch and appear in your household manager. If that happens, it would be very helpful if you could provide me with as much information as possible to fix the bug.

What does this mod do?
Try to reduce the generation of random sims as much as possible.
Modify the filters to be more flexible and thus be able to find a candidate to fill a position.
It will try to reuse sims whenever there are candidates available.
If there are no candidates to fill the position, the mod will create a single Sim to fill it and be able to reuse it in future events.
It aims to prevent the game's population from becoming saturated.
NPCs created with this mod will not appear in the world manager.
NPCs created by the mod will automatically be marked as hidden homes and immortal, so they will never abandon their assigned jobs.
The mod will generate sims only when the game or situation requires it.
More flexible filters when searching for candidates.
This mod will allow even immediate family members of your active household to be NPCs in your games, as long as you're not playing as that family when the vacant position is filled. For example, you can have your grandmother work as a nanny, provided she lives in a separate household.
There are several NPC jobs that only look for sims with a specific skill, but this mod makes that skill optional and also raises it to the maximum.
Minimize unnecessary random events.
Random events such as tourists, fake vampires, and homeless people have had their spawn rate reduced to the minimum possible. (They are planned to be eliminated in the future.)
More compatible with third-party mods.
This mod aims to be compatible with third-party mods and manage their randomly generated NPCs. (Currently, no third-party mods are supported.)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Currently, this mod is quite basic, as it's not even configurable and lacks a graphical interface. Furthermore, it was designed to work in conjunction with other mods to unlock their full potential..

This mod, on its own, controls the Sims population, as it limits the creation of random Sims and only generates them when really necessary, such as in the case of service Sims or NPCs for events.
But when combined with the mods it relies on, the possibilities are endless. It not only helps fill empty roles with unique NPCs for that task, but also allows you to create your own NPCs to your liking and style.
This mod helps ensure that any Sim created or assigned to a task is always eligible for that task, regardless of what it is. It greatly relaxes the selection filters, as the game now only considers the data necessary for a Sim to be assigned as an NPC.
The Sim is not in the active household.
For compatibility reasons and to avoid errors
That it has a specific trait.
Optional
My mod takes care of giving it those features.
That he/she has the necessary skills.
Optional
My mod takes care of giving him those abilities and maximizing them.
That he has the assigned work
Obligatory
You don't need to worry about your household manager, as the Sims generated by my mod are marked as hidden households, preventing these NPCs from participating in random game events like moving, marriage, and pregnancy. The game simply ignores them in these situations.
They can still be deleted or modified using mods like MCCC, so you have nothing to worry about. If you don't like them, just delete them and wait for a new one to be generated, or modify them to your liking; there's no penalty.
My mod also aims to be compatible with other mods that assign NPCs, both now and in the future. You can use your favorite mods without any penalty, and my mod will ensure they meet the minimum requirements to continue with assigned jobs, regardless of what they are.

Installation:
Dependence:
This mod uses, but does not depend on, third-party mods to function and take full advantage of its potential.
In the future, the goal is to no longer depend on those mods and to be able to do everything oneself.
MC Command Center. (necessary)
It helps that the generated Sims are not 100% random and are imported from the gallery or your library.
It allows you to change the appearance of the random sim generated using the CAS cheat.
It allows you to view, manage, and delete Sims from a hidden household.
Assign NPC Jobs. or similar (necessary)
It helps you manually assign the Sims you want to use for a specific job.
Help eliminate Sims for a specific position.
Sim Spawner & Filter Tool (SSFT). (optional)
It's not 100% necessary, but it helps decide what types of Sims you want for a specific world, or prevent them from entering or leaving that world.
Premade Household Tool(Required if you want to automate the inclusion of NPCs in new games)
It allows you to export and import sims so they appear in future new games.
If you use this program to extract NPCs for specific jobs, they will still be viable as workers in new games, without the need for the mod to generate new NPCs.
Unlimited Jobs+ (optional)
It helps to have an NPC that performs multiple jobs at the same time.
Installation:
To install it, simply drag the entire folder into your mods folder, and it will be installed. The folder can be a maximum of two folders deep.
