A Foretold Affair Demo Review
The art is gorgeous, and from the few moments I was able to play, the story is going to be full of surprise and intrigue. But I can’t play more than a bit into the story. It’s the masks. They bring out a strange fear in me that I can’t get past. I still recommend anyone that likes visual novels and/or otome games to try the demo out. The time I was able to spend with it, before my fear ruined it, I had fun with it.

Etsy can and will wrongfully accuse you of selling items, you created, as not being handmade and terminate your shop without warning...while leaving the hundreds of other shops that sell the same items as you do completely alone.
Don’t Pirate Games. Period.
Hey guys,
This is a bit of a real talk. So, recently I found out that my game got pirated and is being given out without my consent for free because someone couldn’t pay the price for it. I’m flattered that someone would take the time to even make a link and distribute a short game like My Lady, but I’m not happy about it.
While I do understand the hardship of it, there is a price tag on the game for a reason. Sales are how I continue to operate and live. Sales are how I pay my bills and set up budgets for future games. I’m not looking to be greedy nor am I some dragon trying to hoard gold; I am an indie game developer who wants to make her living and LIVE off of the games she makes.
So many businesses die out because of pirating and indie-developers are even MORE in danger because of this issue because sometimes, like me, what they sell is what determines what they can eat.
If you can’t afford it right now, then I’m sorry, but you can’t afford it right now and I understand completely. I have many other games that are free to play and I hope to make some more. However, the games that I put a price on have prices for a reason.
Because I’m in the startup phase of my business, I have VERY little to work with. I had to bleed out $200 to even produce the game (paying the voice actors and paying for the music) and, thankfully, I came out of the red for the production costs with the sales I managed to get (which, btw, if you BOUGHT My Lady, thank you so so much)
The remaining sales of the game are going towards my bills and funding Apron Academy/All For You. I’m working my ass off to try and make the Android builds work so that I can give out the game on another medium and potentially expand my business, but to hear that my game got pirated and is being distributed for free is extremely disheartening.
Please, for the love of everything good in this world, Do Not Pirate Games.
You don’t know the damage you can cause to a developer.
I’m not even a dev and it infuriates me that people pirate games made by tiny, indie developers.

Future endeavors...possibly.
So, I’m loving my heat press. Making phone cases is really fun and I’m branching into leather. Don’t worry; I’m not gonna try and shill stuff n this post. I’m not able to be as creative as I’d like to be and make original designs because the partner doesn’t think non-fandom things will sell much, so he limits me to photo manipulation rather than actual creative design freedom. So, I’m thinking about branching out into custom t shirts. There are a couple of reasons for this, most of them selfish.
#1 I’m a lady gamer and, honestly, t shirts for women SUCK ASS in this area. In fact most t shirts for women suck. I do not want those pussy-little cap sleeves, glittery prints of Tinkerbell or some saying on it that makes me sound like a total bitch and/or slut. #2 I adore all my old t shirts I had in the 80′s and want to recreate them to wear as an adult. Billy Idol t shirt with glitter letters? Yes, please! #3 I really think I could have fun and be creative with the designs.
#4 I could really make a lot of my fellow girl-gamers happy that are disgusted by the available t shirts for women and are sick of wearing men’s shirts...like myself. I think it would really be fun to make shirts. and would really fill a certain niche that has severely lacking options. So, what do all of my 0 readers think? I know no one reads this, it’s sometimes just good to get your thoughts down on digital paper.
