You can't read about the history of Black greats without being in awe, motivated and called to be great yourself. More Black children need to gain strength from the history of Black people, both in their own family and out. I'm happy to be writing about those stories. The rapid progress of Black Americans in this country despite the plunder imposed, defies comprehension and it is, in fact, intimidating, threatening and divine.
