This is me dead on the floor after a workout... Feeling discouraged after the scale didn't move at all this week and I didn't miss a day and even doubled up on some. Moral of the story is a few months ago I would have said eff this clearly it doesn't work, but today I got up and kept going. I can do this! #nevermissamonday
