I binge-read the manga for Midnight Occult the past couple days, and the translator mentioned that there were a couple parts they changed for international viewers. I was reading on a website I'm not really familiar with, and wasn't sure how to contact them to get the original, like they said to do in the TN if you wanted it. At the end of the manga they mentioned you and @dreamingonfluffyclouds who I also sent an ask to, and I was hoping you knew the tumblr of the translator or know of another way to get in contact with them. Bestdressedchuuya (Tumblr name) would be the translator you're referring to! Depending which part they were talking about, it might have been something I had sent to them (I have the manga along with the extra booklet chapters and took photos of a few pages for them at one point).
