Here’s a moment that scared the living shit out of me, so I have hallucinations, mostly auditory & tactical, with only 1-2 visual, and one of my visual hallucinations is a tall man, looking down, before he looks up and the face is fucking scary as SHIT, and it still scares the shit out of me especially at night, so I was walking my dog at night when I feel someone watching me, so I turn around a see what I thought was a hallucination so I pulled my phone out to check with my camera. The Guy was still there, and I booked my ass home with my dog, turns out it was some guy checking his phone.

One time my leg muscles clenched up so hard it was super painful to lift my leg up, the nurse only gave me ice
