I already saw the end, yet I blinded my self from it. The light flickers, seconds by seconds it took longer to lit up, a sign of dying. But i kept hope, as long as it sheds even just a particle of light, I will keep on working on it, until it sparks sun-ray bright again. I have burnt my hands in the process. Believing deeply, the promises that ignited it in the first place. Disregarded the vignette. the slow fading of you; the light that brightened the abysmal dark corner of my room. Running after, chasing what is left from the chaos, hoping to build something from the debris, a new beginning. Never knowing that you are the fading light. You are the debris that can not be made to something else, something better. The decision to let you stay in the place where I found you and carry on with my journey because bringing you with me will do me no more than but a weight that will slow me down rather than be a catalyst will never be easy.
You are the wrong decision i will forever not hesitate to make. You are the scrap that I will look at and think that there will always be something to make from you. The flickering light that i will forever endure despite the darkness it gives, the uncertainty, the fear, the storm it stirs every time it collapses into black. But not now, Maybe someday, we will look into each other's eyes and see the unique universe it offers. Maybe someday we will hold each other's hand but not too long. Maybe someday, in the most peculiar place, we will bump into each other with our lives already figured out. But for now we'll just need to pave our own separate roads. Hell! truth hurts like needles pricking through my bones. Hard to swallow like antibiotics being fed to child. It doesn't taste good but we need it. For us to heal and learn to love and to hurt once more. Hell! truth hurts like, you squeezing my heart, literally. Goodbyes will never be good the first time we hear it. but as time pass by we will eventually know what is 'good' with it. I already saw the end, and now i will not blind my self from it.
