Sometimes we need a break from our specialty to mindlessly play in another medium, completely. I started a #temperatureblanket today. But since it’s the 12th, I crocheted enough to get me caught up for tomorrow. Haha. Now if I’m diligent, I will do 2 rows a day until this blanket is the size I am wanting. I think it I do every days high and low temperatures, I will have two, maybe three blankets with this gauge. I always always always bite off more than I can chew. But the color changes in this are addictive, and with DFWs extreme temp changes all year, I’m looking forward to a few interesting stripe patterns. I am doing the #grannystripe pattern with a #worstedweight yarn in a few different brands.
