To start the new July month, I’m so exited to share with you today a new CC set to build a patio for your restaurants, bars, cafes & residential lots. Here a really quick video to show you an exemple of what you’ll be able to build in The Sims 4.

The set included fonctionnal bars, counters bar, barstool …

… matching tables & chairs … a new tree you can see at the back …

… modular dining bench, matching fences, a new cypress and a lot of modular planters with 18 swatches each

At first, the project started with @katesimblr​ who looked for a modular corten steel garden wich is possible now with the planters, but the set isn’t fully ready right now. So stay tune to see what’s will coming soon to complete the modular garden set … ✨
