Like from the cream of the crop Lady Geist that basically tells it to his face that yeah, you can scream as much as you want, I won't hear it from my penthouse. Or those who would even sympathise with him, like Paige who tells him that maybe he just has hate in his heart because the world is too cruel for now. Or Ivy telling him that the goat head is the least of his worries. And then there is Wesley Gray Talon and Vindicta who just call him a soapboxxing loser and a pretentious know-it-all respectively and he is strangely quiet after that. What I am getting at is that Billy is putting on this tough punk guy act but he is quite literally a sopping wet cat of a dude, and I love him dearly for it. Fuck you Billy, I hope you get parried in lane again. See you next time.

Even in his select lines he has a lot of shit to say about other characters, but surprise surprise, almost all of his voice lines about his teammates in game(assist, teammates deaths and stuff like that) contain nothing hating. He even has some compliments, or more like the closest ro compliments that he's capable of. He doesn't hate the world, he doesn't hate people, he doesn't hate anything, he's just confused and doesn't know what to do, just like us.

Am I being dramatic? Maybe. But there’s so many mixed emotions about this auction. The JHC can do whatever they want with their property of course and this will probably help them out a lot, financially. But I hate it. I wish I had the money and resources to keep at least one puppet. I would cherish the hell out of it.
