Due to my BPD, I'm going to be active on @k9cryptid for the time being instead.
For those that don't know, BPD causes one's personality to be shattered and develope differently. Unlike DID, each part is still me, but they vary, sometimes drastically. It's like having multiple different versions of myself in my head.
Shifts in which one is in charge can be random or caused by life events or stress.
Anyways, ciao for now.
#wish I knew how to stop the shifts and stay consistent but I've been told it's not possible :(#it's annoying as hell constantly altering my decor and wardrobe and social media depending on my 'alters'#if anyone has advice pls to tell because I was told to just let the changes happen because there's no stopping them and to just keep#storage of everything in totes to have available for when it happens#but it also affects my personality in ways and how I navigate life#ugh!!!#my ADHD meds helped at first or so I thought but after a few months my BPD signs reappeared
