Tgcf Dragon AU!:

This is my final design for Dragon!Lian!! I wanted to post him together with Hua Cheng, but ive been so busy so ill give what i have:)

Compared to the other designs he might feel a bit simple, but i think that fits his character a lot, he isnt huge or astravagant, he's a scrap collecting daoist priest who enjoys the simple joys in life(and getting spoiled by his husband).

Back again (with a new username) with more tgcf Dragon AU!: (WIP)

I got so many ideas and so motivated to do beefleaf after reading one of the reblogs (you know who you are)!

So ive been sketching and thinking for a few days and ive finally settled with a design for each of them I believe.

He Xuan is a water demon, so i wanted to make him have a somewhat unsettling demony vibe? Not sure how well I succeeded with it! Anyway im quite happy with how he turned out. I, of course, also made a design for Ming Yi! Very important I know..

Id like the idea of half his face being rotted or eaten away, alongside multiple other parts on his body. Worn and bitten down sails, exposed tail, never being able to fill his stomach. Adjustments might be made in the near future since everything is a wip!

And of course onto Shi Qingxuan! (One of my favs!) While I did like the idea of her being a water dragon based on colorful corals and such, I also wanted to keep in a lot of wind elements, since well, she is the wind master. So! She is a little mix of both!! Since her brother is the water master, i want them to have at least SOME resemblance, which i will make sure of!

I really like his design, i might do some tweaks but other than that I am quitee happy with it!!

And ofc i did a little sketch of them with their humanoid dragon design, which ill probably make a seperate thing, not quite sure yet.. or it can be some sort of transformational thing

Ive also worked on Pei Ming's design and Jun Wu, who im partially finished with! I want to take my time with him, since he is a heavenly emperor and all, he deserves looking astravagant duh!

I might start working on Shi Wudu and Ling Wen's design too, so I can post the three tumors in action lol

Maybe its time to make a meet the artist or something sometime soon so people can get to know the guy behind the art and au? ^_^

My uncle was one of the top surgeons in the country. He was upper middle class definitely. When he got cancer, his insurance didn’t cover all the treatments he would need and after 5 years he drained his savings on cancer treatments (while still working most of that time) and eventually died because he couldn’t afford the expensive treatments that might have saved him.

If you are upper middle class and you get sick, it will likely bankrupt your family. It’s fucked.

There was a wonderful study done about 15 years ago I think, that shows that people cannot accurately identify their income bracket. Most people who own a home think they are upper middle class when in fact they are closer to the poverty line. Even people living well below poverty often identify as middle class. The wealth gap is even worse now. I wonder if anyone actually knows their financial standing.

Tgcf Dragon AU!: (WIP)

Soooo, I think everyone should know that I REALLY like dragons and danmei, its genuinely one of my fav things, specifically tgcf. So, why not make a dragon au? Which is precisely what im currently working on right now! I think it would be pretty cool and maybe others would like it too

It started with this first drawing of Xie Lian i did when I got an idea for him as a dragon, originally thought id leave it at that but I wanted to make more designs... so, I did!

So far Ive only drawn Hualian, both individually and interacting as dragons!

Im considering doing fengqing next, but id also reaaallyy like to do quanyin too, if anyone has any ideas id love to hear!

As of right now im mostly working on designs and haven't developed much on the story... though I dont imagine it wont change THAT much from the original, thats yet to be decided! I hope someone else will like this as much as I do ^_^

So!!! I had this really funny idea, based very much on one of the extra chapters from thousand autumns. What if present Hua cheng and past Hong Hong'er suddenly switched places? So of course I sketch out Xie Lian, quite confused, confiding in our dear beloved wind master about what could possibly have happened.

I think this would be such a funny, entertaining and wholesome idea for a fanfic or post, the pure chaos of it all ^_^ I wanted to make more sketches and possibly a tiny comic, but maybe thats something that will come later on!
