Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID for short) is " a mental health condition previously known as multiple personality disorder. It is characterized by the presence of two or more distinct identities or "alters" that recurrently take control of a person's behavior, often accompanied by gaps in memory, and is a response to severe childhood trauma." This means that we have multiple people in one body.
Still, you can treat us as one person, and this is called the "collective."
