Superfood Mocha
Iβve been drinking Bulletproofβ’ Coffee for years now. Β If you are not familiar, it may sound weird/gross: coffee blended with butter AND coconut oil.Β Β
FYI, before my switch, I was a die-hard Β black-like-my-soul coffee drinker. Β
After seeing my momβs disgust Β when she watched me make and drink this concoction on a trip home, itβs been a bit of a secret ritual Iβve kept to myself, Β occasionally foregoing it when Iβve had guests for breakfast. Β I just didnβt feel like having to explain it. And, truthfully, it is a bit of a process.
But, itβs true what they say: do something long enough and it becomes a habit. Β Β After years of success and the unsolicited conversion of Β a former roommate, Iβve decided that this is a secret I no longer wish to keep.

Super Food Mocha
Ingredients
16 oz brewed organic low-acidic coffee (dark roast)Β
1 tbls. Grass-fed butter ( I like Kerrygold unsalted)Β
1 scoop Collagen PowderΒ
1 tbls. Unrefined Virgin Coconut OilΒ
1 tbls. Raw CacaoΒ
1 tsp. Macha PowderΒ
Β ΒΌ tsp. Turmeric PowerΒ
Dash of fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
Brew coffee.
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
Enjoy with a sprinkle of Cinnamon on top!
