how insane have you gone?

i must get off my phone once more but i am so alone, i dread the silence of my mind in this state of confusion. words evade my pen and inner knowing plagues my ego.

what’s next? the birds sing my following call but i cannot understand, what do i do?

I've been grieving what never was for a bit now, I'm not sure if it is over in totality yet but it feels lighter and that's all I could ever ask for. To let feelings encapsulate my being, to fully embody everything I feel is a divine gift that often serves as a weight to my human mind though I wouldn't pray for anything different. So, today I offer myself grace and tonight, patience. I can breathe and I can feel and I have hope once more.
