things I know about being a 12th houser

~ the 12th house is the house of hidden enemies and those with luminaries particularly in the 12th can experience betrayal often, usually by the people closest to them. They must learn to trust themselves and their intuition over everything.

~ expanding on the point above, they must also realise sometimes their biggest enemy is themselves. As the 12th house can skew perception and reality, a 12th houser can misunderstand things or not be able to see the truth of a situation, leading to internal confusion.

~ they really do just know things. There is no explanation sometimes.

~ they are prone to over thinking and anxiety because they struggle discerning their own feelings and thoughts from those of others. This is why 12th housers need strong boundaries and a lot of processing time.

is it Mercury?

I just wanted to start this astrological deep dive by saying that gender is a social construct and much of what we consider as belonging to the gender binary come from constructed norms.

Going through these celebrity charts I wanted to see if certain patterns emerged but I didn’t want to lock gender non-conformity to one specific (or mix of) placements and aspects because I feel like that is literally what the gender binary does ~ I’m not tryna be rigid.

But through analysing 17 celebrity charts whose identity and expression are gender non-conforming (I tried to look at more but lots didn’t have their birth time :( I found interesting planetary patterns.

Here is a list of the celebrity charts I analysed:

Every celebrity on this list either self identifies within the queer spectrum or is widely considered androgynous or fluid in self-expression and identity.  

Before looking at what I found in their charts ~ a little background on the planet Mercury

Mercury archetypally is thought of as possessing an androgynous or undefined gender.

If we look to Gnosticism as an example, androgyny is thought of as the divine state of humanity, and that differences in sex were a problem of the material world we must transcend.

Now, I’m not trying to paint those outside the gender binary as mythic beings, my point here is that androgyny in relation to Mercury should not be misunderstood as a correction to integration. Here, integration is nuanced, receptive, and expressed in a grounded (and creative) way. This can firstly be explored by looking at Mercury’s glyph.

David describes the glyph of Mercury as “the combination of the crescent, the circle and the cross, showing receptivity resulting from the exaltation of spirit over matter.”

~ In other words, Mercury understands how insight into oneself guides how one acts in the material world, and this is done with receptivity.

If the crescent bestows intuitive awareness, and the circle is the soul and consciousness, the cross grounds both into practical development and expression.

If we look to Johfra, his depiction of Gemini includes androgyne represented as a double headed eagle (a heraldic symbol). This can be thought of as a visual metaphor for transcending binaries or the merging of multiple perspectives. He also depicts androgyne as the mythical dual being where masculine and feminine merge.

Mercury (Roman) is also known as Hermes in Greek mythology. I was thinking about the story of Hermes disguising himself as a shepherd and playing the flute to kill a giant, helping Zeus see Io. This story is perfect for how I think about the archetype of Mercury ~ having great perception, the ability to morph and adapt, and to perform and communicate in a creative way.

We can also consider that Mercury is unable to orbit further than 28 degrees from the Sun. We can think of Mercury as borrowing the Sun’s light and communicating it.

~ If the Sun acts as the core and conscious nature that vitalises our individual potential, Mercury can be thought of as translating this within the birth chart (depending on its disposition) and also outwardly.

As seen in my analysis below, Mercury plays a central role in these celebrities’ charts, and imo, signifies a disposition to present oneself beyond the gender binary.

In 8 of the 17 charts I analysed, Mercury was the chart ruler ~ meaning their ascendant was either Gemini or Virgo (this is not all I found – I will talk more about Mercury’s influence in the other charts after this).

-        Lady Gaga: a Gemini rising with the chart ruler Mercury in the 10th house of Pisces. She has been very vocal about viewing gender as fluid (Pisces) but also as a performance (1st) tied to her public identity (10th).

☆As a performance artist, she views her performance as the most real thing about her. In this sense, there is no gender binary to adhere to, her expression is an integration of all.

        ☆I think the 10th house chart ruler is also why she has had rumours spread about her being a man. She responded with “I didn’t answer the question because I didn’t feel like a victim with that lie.” Turning it back on itself as something that doesn’t threaten her identity and perception.

        ☆She also embodied her male alter-ego Jo Calderone and said “how can we fuck with the malleable minds of onlookers and shift the world’s perspective on what’s beautiful? I asked myself this question. And the answer? Drag.”

-        Kristen Stewart: a Gemini rising with the chart ruler in the 12th house of Taurus. She identifies as fluid and embraces a gender non-conforming identity. But we can see her expression and experience is different from Lady Gaga (10th house), as Mercury resides in the 12th in Kristen’s chart.

        ☆She has talked about being able to perform femininity in a culturally accepted way, and although that performance is not fake, she has felt like she could not embrace a gayer or more butch presentation

        ☆She came out publicly almost ten years after her career began as she did not want to “live a partial life”

        ☆I think this ties into her chart ruler being in the 12th ~ her expression has developed privately over time and the articulation or announcement of it also took time to materialise externally.

        ☆I think this also has to do with her Mercury being ruled by a 10th house Pisces Venus ~ there’s still expression of a fluid and boundary-blurring identity that is publicly perceived.

- Marlene Dietrich: a Virgo rising with the chart ruler as a 4th house Capricorn Mercury ~ I am at heart a gentleman.” 

☆She is widely regarded as defying gender norms, and despite being known for wearing tuxedos, she wore clothes associated to either gender often. Her chart differs from the expression found in the other two, and I put this down to her Mercury being opposite a 10th house Gemini Neptune.

☆she literally said “I dress for the image. Not for myself, not for the public, not for fashion, not for men." She was very deliberate about the construction of her identity. It is not something even tied to herself, but apart of an image, and that image is up for projection and interpretation.

☆she has been described as having "sex but no particular gender." She really played into this aspect as someone who rejected an androgynous label but projected herself with these constructs of gender to appeal to everyone.  

That leaves 9 charts who did not have Mercury as their chart ruler. Out of those charts, I found that in 7 of them Mercury still played a significant role.

-        Grace Jones: a Sagittarius AC with the ruler (Jupiter) tightly conjunct. When looking at Mercury, it is in her 6th house in domicile (Gemini), opposite the AC and her chart ruler. So, what does this mean?

☆Her chart ruler is amplified and expression is highly visible, but her domicile Mercury creates tension in how that is internally experienced and expressed through the body

☆She wrote in her memoir about possessing two completely distinct selves internally, developing a strong male side to protect her female side. She also said, “I considered myself energy that had not been classified.”

☆I think her ability to convey herself as gender defying is seen heavily in her physical body, movement, and expressions. Mercury plays a role here as allowing her expression to exist and be perceived beyond labels.

-        Prince: Mercury is important in his chart as it is in the 7th house in domicile (Gemini) and is the ruler of his 8th house Gemini Sun.

☆As I mentioned earlier, the Sun and Mercury are never far apart, so they are often in the same sign or conjunct in the birth chart. In the 7th house, Mercury as the Sun’s dispositor enacts his core nature as one that is experienced and performed in relation to others

☆In his song I Would Die 4 U he says, “I’m not a woman, I’m not a man, I am something that you’ll never understand.” I think this is a perfect encapsulation (beyond his gender defying identity) of the self as mutable energy in relation to others. With his 8th house Sun, this is the transformation and transcendence of the self through intimacy.

-        Troye Sivan: a Cancer AC with a 2nd house Virgo Moon as the ruler. Mercury is the ruler of the Sun (both in domicile and conjunct in Gemini 11th house) but is also the dispositor of the chart ruler.

☆As Mercury is the chart rulers dispositor, the lens through which the Moon (feeling personality) expresses itself is consciously curated by intentional presentation of identity.

☆He talked about dressing in drag in his music videos as not something he wants to “do everyday” but that it unlocked something in him. And that he has always existed in a gray area when it comes to gender identity.

☆I find it really interesting that he has a Mercury-Sun cazimi in the 11th house (basically, the Sun (core identity) is fused with Mercury). They also form a t-square with his Virgo Moon at the apex (an opposition is occurring between the Sun/Mercury and a 5th house Sagittarius Jupiter):

☆While the 5th house can be associated to the arts and Jupiter here amplifies creativity, his 11th house projects his creative identity into the professional sphere

☆He was first publicly seen in drag during the release of one of his music videos. Here Mercury acts as the architect of perception and outward expression.

Of course these weren’t the only patterns I found, just the ones that were most interesting to me.

I also came across Neptune making an aspect (conjunction, square, or opposition) to the Sun and/or Venus in 12 of the charts.

☆When Neptune touches personal planets (particularly the Sun), I think of it as projecting a kind of unclassifiable self-expression. I also think of it as influencing expression through an artistic lens.

I also found that 14 of the charts had planets conjunct the 1/7H cusp. These planets were mainly Pluto and Venus.

☆The self and the other axis are highly influenced by how identity is performed, and how this transforms their self-image and perception or their relationship to others.

The axes of fame – angular power in celebrity charts 🔥

*tw this post contains mentions of death, drug use, violence, and suicide.

I think those of us who could only wonder what the experience of being famous is like have a natural curiosity about those who have lived their lives in the spotlight.

They become almost mythic-like figures in the public sphere ~ untouchable, adored, and placed on pedestals of worship. The elevation and infatuation of celebrities feels like a 12H/Neptune sphere to me ~ being known (but never truly), mystery, obsession, confusion, projection, beauty and art. And this is only amplified when celebrities meet tragic or mysterious fates ~ like people still talking about how Princess Diana died almost 30 years on.

But recently I got curious thinking about celebrities who have died young, or under circumstances where their cause of death is hazy.

I analysed 21 celebrity charts to discuss the interplay of fame and power, beauty, obsession, and mystery.

Firstly, let’s talk about the celebrities I chose (here is a list):

☆ Amy Winehouse – died at 27 from accidental alcohol poisoning

☆ Marilyn Monroe – died at 36 from barbiturate overdoes

☆ Sinead O’Connor – died at 56 from COPD (though there was initial mystery surrounding her death, so I still included it)

☆ Princess Diana – died at 36 in a car accident

☆ Kurt Cobain – died at 27 by suicide (this is still highly debated)

☆ Aaliyah – died at 22 in a plane crash

☆ River Phoenix – died at 23 from an accidental drug overdoes

☆ Vincent Van Gogh – died at 37 from suicide

☆ Karen Carpenter – died at 32 from heart failure caused by anorexia

☆ Christina Grimmie – died at 22 by murder

☆ Sid Vicious – died at 21 from a heroine overdose

☆ Lil Peep – died at 21 from accidental drug overdose

☆ Tupac – died at 24 by murder (legally pending as solved)

☆ Jimi Hendrix – died at 27 from asphyxia after choking while intoxicated on barbiturates

☆  Elliot Smith – died at 34 (this one’s still a mystery)

☆ Lisa Lopes – died at 30 in a car accident

☆ Elvis Presley – died at 42 due to cardiac arrest (thought to be attributed to drug abuse)

☆ Edgar Allen Poe – died at 40 (multiple conspiracies surrounding death)

☆ Jim Morrison – died at 27 (found in bath unresponsive – lots of speculation)

☆ Nicole Brown Simpson – died at 35 by murder (unsolved)

☆ Michael Jackson – died at 50 of intoxication

Every celebrity on this list has been highly worshiped or empathised with, or had mass public interest in their death ~ they have also had speculation and conspiracies surrounding their deaths.

When I pulled their charts, I noticed in 19 of the 21 charts the angular axes fell along Leo/Aquarius (fixed) or Gemini/Sagittarius (mutable) as either the Ascendant/Descendant or Midheaven/IC.

In astrology, the angular houses are the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 10th. These are the most activated and powerful houses of the birth chart. They are also cardinal houses or houses of initiation. 

*I have also seen people debate whether stating they are the most “visible” houses is correct as the 4th is more private, but I would still say the angle marks visibility to the 10th by acting as the foundation or support for public perception.

☆    1st house cusp = ascendant – the self-image

☆    7th house cusp = descendant – how the native relates to others

☆    10th house cusp = midheaven – the public image

☆    4th house cusp = IC – the natives’ inner aspects of the self

Basically, there are relational differences across ac/dc, and public/private differences across MC/IC.

☆ If we take Marilyn Monroe as the perfect example of a Leo ac/Aqua dc, she captivated the world. She was charming, regal, and charismatic. She was a performer, a symbol of glamour and femininity. Here Leo is not just concerned with getting attention, they want to be remembered and honoured. She was also polarising and had many notable struggles with interpersonal relationships. This is seen with her Aqua dc; her private and public life became widely consumable media for the collective.

☆ Princess Diana had a Sagittarius ac/Gemini dc. I think this is why she was the “people’s princess” ~ she had a great humanitarian aspect about her and is known for being attentive and compassionate. On the other hand, her life was extremely curated and stories about her circulated constantly (rumours and gossip etc, even conspiracies surrounding her death). She was also intensely harassed by the paparazzi (a mercurial field).

☆ Kurt Cobain had a Gemini MC/Sag IC. He was known for his voice and song writing, but also multifaceted nature (Gemini as the twins or two faces). He was extremely anti-establishment, and the nature of his Sag IC suggests this ~ restless and seeking truth or meaning in his private life.

☆ Edgar Allan Poe was a Leo MC/Aqua IC. I mean, do we have a bigger icon?? In classic Leo fashion he shaped an entire genre of storytelling. He is a symbol of gothic horror. He also had intense struggles with personal relationships, detachment and instability (aqua IC).

Using these examples, we see themes emerge between how these celebrities are seen and perceived:

·       between Leo/Aqua - mass public consumption and a polarisation between adoration/projection and interest/critique.  

·       between Gemini/Sag - narrative construction and a polarisation between truth-seeking/scrutiny and meaning/belief.

But I didn’t stop here ~ I also looked at planets in the angular houses and themes arising between charts.

Firstly, I found between the 21 charts, the 10H was the dominant angular house having the most planets here. These planets were predominately the Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Saturn.

·       Sun in the 10th house are ambitious and power-driven. They can be very successful and well-known. They can be perceived as naturally confident thus their identity is also very open to scrutiny.

·       Mercury in the 10th can be perceived as very adaptable and have the ability to change their career often or wear many faces, making them good at networking. They can also come across as deceptive or selfish.

·       Mars in the 10th house are perceived as driven and energetic, and though they may have confidence and surety in themselves, this placement leaves them open to scrutiny for being perceived as demanding. They can also encounter a lot of conflict (especially with authority or others).  

·       Saturn in the 10th house are perceived as independent and successful. They may have worked hard over a long time to gain their reputation. This placement can lead to burn out and feelings of extreme pressure if others assume they can handle more than they really can.

I also found out of the 19 charts with either a Gemini/Sag or Leo/Aqua axis, 18 had the planetary ruler of at least one of their angular points in an angular house ~

Basically, there is strong activation of the angular energies and themes I stated above playing out in these celebrities’ charts. These all correlate with their personal expressions, public and private events, perception, performance and popularity, and their careers. The expression of these planets are forced into visibility.

⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆⋆☾⋆⁺₊⋆

Out of the 19 charts, 12 had their Moon aspected by Pluto or Neptune (I only counted conjunctions, oppositions, or squares).

I wanted to analyse the Moon as a source of fame, popularity and the emotional reactions ones Moon placement can bring about in others. In this context Neptune is related to the arts ~ but also mystery, projection, and illusion. Pluto is related to power, obsession, and profound crises.

·       Amy Winehouse had her Sagittarius Moon conjunct Neptune in the 7th house. Amy related to others because of her emotional depth. Her art was heartbreaking and she had a transcendent voice. But she had her personal struggles amplified by the voice of others often and she was exploited. A lot of people also projected their own ideals of her onto her.

·       River Phoenix had his 7th house Taurus Moon opposite a 1st house Scorpio Neptune. He was very intensely charismatic and attracted people to him emotionally through his mysterious and sensitive demeanour. He was also a talented artist. Unfortunately, like Amy, he was very idealised.

·       Karen Carpenter had Moon conjunct Pluto in the 3rd house. She was (and still is) very known for her powerful emotional expression through her music and voice (personally, I feel she has one of the most recognisable and beautiful voices ever). What is interesting about her is she was perceived as very soft spoken but had incredibly intense drive and was a perfectionist (masking her struggle with anorexia).

On a final note, 8 out of the 21 charts analysed overall had Moon in the 7th house (an angular house).

I thought this was an interesting point as 7th house Moons can be polarising because they can either be extremely popular with other people, or very unpopular. Projection from others is high with this Moon placement. And though the risk of scandal is higher for Moon in the 10th, I would still consider it a factor in the 7th due to this house’s relational nature.

Across the 21 celebrity charts I analysed, patterns emerged linking fame, obsession, mystery, idealisation and public perception.

The angular axes across Sag/Gemini and Aqua/Leo point to the tension between private and public life, the self and others, and how celebrities are perceived through the signs and their planetary rulers.

Moon house placement and aspects play a part too ~ I have always thought of the Moon as a source of popularity and fame through idealisation and projection of others ~ adorning them with lasting speculation and obsession long after their deaths. 

Saturn and Uranus...co-rulers?

During the years of my own astrological observations, I often encounter confusion in the way people interpret the expression of Aquarius energy ~ its function, purpose, and disposition. This is mainly due to its planetary rulers, Uranus (modern) and Saturn (traditional).

Expressions of these planets are at opposite ends of the spectrum ~

☆ Uranus energy is usually expressed as being innovative, disruptive, concerned with shock value, quirky and unusual, individualistic, and eccentric.

☆ Saturn energy is usually expressed as stoic, conservative, disciplined, binding, bridging, and authoritarian.

We can think of Saturn as the foundation of a building. It is built upon slowly over time, using high quality, tried and tested materials and methods. Uranus acts as the freak weather event that hits the building directly, creating chaos and disrupting plans. Exposing a bare foundation that may have already been unsound to begin with.

Uranus doesn't care whether you have a back up plan or insurance, but Saturn would have sorted all of that before building began. And whether or not Aquarius natives are disturbed or excited that everything changed in the blink of an eye...well, that depends on their ability to find cohesion internally.

~ they are on the same axis as Leo, and just as prone to theatrics. Yet while Leo worries about themselves on performance day, Aquarius is concerned with the audience.

When attributing both Uranus and Saturn to Aquarius, knowledge transmission and consolidation converge.

If Aquarius as a fixed air sign are the innovative intellectuals concerned with collective knowledge transmission, working against the grain (Uranus), they must also be systems driven ~ concerned with coherent integration, preservation, and sustainability (Saturn).

Here, Saturn is concerned with inheritance ~ where does knowledge come from? Who knows things? The power here is critique and discernment.

Uranus then asks ~ who benefits from what we know?

Aquarius locates knowledge across space and time, creating fundamental change institutionally and systemically.

Through this integration, Aquarius becomes revolutionary.

But Saturn does not stop here ~ if knowledge is power, and legitimised through systems and institutions, then who has the authority to preserve it? What knowledge systems reign supreme and which ones are ignored entirely?

Aquarius natives learn through Saturn that knowledge is never neutral, it is gatekept, it is inherited, and it is structured. Uranus then asks why these limitations are imposed? As a Pisces stelli it is difficult not to look at anything I create and see the piscean dream haze casted over my work, but what I have noticed more particularly in my own photography is the influence of my Taurus Venus.

The sensual, earthy richness, the slight aroma of patchouli and lavender oil that radiates off the skin of a Taurus Venus. In Taurus, Venus is floating on a silky smooth river of lilac and endless gold horizons. She holds a diamond to her heart (𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺), while she basks in the most luxurious of existences ~ 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Here, Venus lends the eye of beauty to the one who holds her. In Taurus's hands, the senses slow, the fingers clasp comfort, and the tongue penetrates deep into the sweet intoxication of indulgence.

If we consider the theme of isolation associated to the 12H, we could think of the moon here as 𝘱𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘪𝘥𝘦. At times it feels like a tidal wave, yet it never breaks on a shore. Instead, this overwhelming fluidity remains suspended ~ a cresting head threatening to crash at a moments notice. A 12H moon is sopping wet (*𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺*), and flailing for air more often than not. To others they appear with rounded edges and this human form, to the 12H moon native they are, in fact, an endless stream of consciousness floating between constructed realities. Mysticism isn't something they have conjured, it is permeated. A 12H moon can't hide or isolate themselves from others when they are literally felt in the atmosphere. When a 12H moon native begins to feel that their existence is misconstrued, it becomes the job of everyone else around them to fill in the blanks. Perhaps a 12H moon native is rude, distant, a loner in their briefness. Perhaps they are confusing, and their words never seem to line up with their body language or vague and blank expression. Pisces as the most misunderstood sign in the zodiac 𓁼

After posting on other insufferable social media platforms for years, this is my first ever post here on Tumblr ~ I make observations and intuitive interpretations. Enjoy ♡

I have never read anything discussing Pisces/12H energy that actually resonates with me fully, or that doesn't just aim to reduce Pisces to being delusional and lacking awareness. As someone that has a 12H Pisces stellium with my Mercury, Moon, Mars, Saturn and Sun, I feel like Pisces is the most misunderstood sign in the entire zodiac — and this is for good reason.

Pisces is the 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 point, it sits on the threshold, end and beginning, Pisces to Aries.

This is different in the way where we see themes of transformation, death and rebirth associated to the 8H or Scorpio/Pluto. Dissolution is imminent in the 12H, it's actually a constant—"death" may be seen here as liberation from the constraints of the self and the world. Everything else falls away, all that remains is the energy of experience.

This is where people get their view on Pisces as martyrs, or view this energy as inconsistent in logic or thought. But what really happens is 𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, the transmutation of the self from the cycle. Because the journey of oneself ends here, it's not martyrdom in an escapist sense, it's freedom from the material world, and this is misinterpreted as an attempt to escape "realism." Pisces energy doesn't need to be 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 to know, to experience, to be whole.

Johfra talks about Pisces as the mystic that sinks into the 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦, referring to the modern rulership of Neptune over Pisces as God of the sea. Similar to Davison who said 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. Life came from the ocean, literally originating from the depths, and it is here that consciousness and energy return as whole, integrated, and experienced. Ready to begin another cycle in an elevated state of being.

There is also the association of Jupiter as Pisces traditional ruler, sharing rulership with Sagittarius. Here, a higher sense of purpose is instilled, vision becomes expansive, and Pisces vision of the world becomes one moved through with a 𝘴𝘪𝘹𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 ~ an understanding that there are forces behind the mundane.

The glyph of Pisces ♓️, the two fishes, the yin and yang, all covey the apparent contradiction in their experience. This is where you get the 𝘱𝘶𝘴𝘩-𝘱𝘶𝘭𝘭 assumption and contradiction. The band in their glyph acts as a bridge. Just as the fishes are tied, Pisces is the missing link. They are there to hold or disolve contradiction because they see things others miss. Logic is useless here, the language becomes spiritual, emotional, intuitive and full of symbolism.

In this way, Pisces are seen as "unrealistic," or to have ideals and visions of themselves and the word that do not make sense. But this is precisely the point. Piscean energy is intangible, and lacks substance in the way of explanation.

The 𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 of Piscean existence doesn't ask for proof, or for one to show how they know something ~ there is no need for explanation in a technical sense. It is conveyed simultaneously as a return and emergence to oneself and the world.
