I got this road atlas before I had a smart phone. Before I had a full-time band. Before so many things. I’ve always had an affinity for maps. I think we got this from the recommendation of my uncle, who drives truck. It came in handy when I was in an RV, when we cascaded across the states in a blacked out school bus, and when we had Maybelle, the trusty MCI tour bus. It’s lived under the shotgun seat in all the vans, but she’s lost a few pages and I’m sure roads have changed. So retiring the atlas, but had to get a new one. You always find yourself in Northern WI or Western KY when you lose cell service and need to get out the trusty paper and ink. To many more miles, and many more memories. 🍻 http://ift.tt/2tHlI3W
