no one talks about how straight up painful it is to be the bigger person when deep in your soul you just want to be a huge bitch about it

i think all jobs should be like salaried or whatever the word is. like you shouldn’t make less in a month just because your hours got cut or you had something come up. all jobs should pay you a consistent paycheck, give you paid sick and maternity leave, and pay you properly for overtime.
