A bit of both tbh. We have a good mix here of stores that carry Japanese heritage wear and street wear. That’s a good bit of my current aesthetic. Sometimes the Japanese proxy sites are the better buy, bit risky as you can’t return it.
That’s the last fit picture I took, you can kinda tell what I mean by heavier cotton if you look at the shirt, it’s usually about 8 ounces or more which gives it a very pleasant feel to wear. I bought most of that online.

I can’t say that I have tbh. Mainly just wear cotton, usually a heavier cotton.
Random but I like how slander against people/things you admire doesnt move you. Like Messi is getting violated everywhere and you're still so loyal. Same thing with LeBron lool and countries like SA etc. When you like something no one can move you and I admire that loyalty.

What has been the kindest thing someone did for you in moments of stress, overwhelm or grief?

One of the moments that comes to mind is just being held while I cried during a vulnerable moment.
One of the pages I keep up with on instagram shared Dr. ‘Umar Al-Tahat a few months ago where he talks about his wife who is Bosnian, and I believe they met during their time in Uni as he studied at the university of Sarajevo.
Just enjoyable to see people speak so fondly in this manner.

The hadith mentioned during khutbah today was,
“The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, but there is goodness in both of them. Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated."
And it made me think about all the ways that the strong believer is manifested, be it through their kindness and compassion to themselves and others, their mindfulness in prayer, their outlook on life, and so on.
Truly hit on how God truly wants us to embody the best traits possible in this life in our pursuits to get nearer to Him.
“I have never seen a face shine with the purity of a sincere heart, nor a soul whose intentions were good, except that I saw God’s ease and facilitation envelop its affairs.
Purify your heart from the murk of grudges, and go forth with a heart that neither harbors hatred nor speaks ill of others. The hidden contents of one’s chest either elevate a person or burden them with distress and sins.
Be content with what has been apportioned to you, for what has been written for you will inevitably come to you. And always whisper:
“O Allah, remove the rancor and bitterness from my heart.”
