Ah 2.2 lb gain for a busy and physically challenging week. I appreciate the interest!

Will take this opp to share: I did indeed post the Week 5 update, but it was only up for about an hour. I removed it after discovering someone on Reddit was impersonating me and reposting my photos with fabricated stories written from my POV. That felt deeply violating, and leaving fresh personal content up didn’t feel safe.

Impersonating and attaching sexualized narratives to someone's likeness may constitute harassment, identity fraud, or non-consensual distribution of intimate imagery - all of which can give rise to civil liability and criminal offences under UK law.

Sexualizing someone’s body in spaces they did not consent to, especially non-kink spaces, invites ridicule and abuse. It's not "roleplaying," it's exploitation

And just because it's common in feedist spaces doesn't make it legal, harmless or something to ignore. Communities built around vulnerability only function if consent is taken seriously at every level.

WEEK 3 — WEIGH-IN (27 JAN) Damn, 6.2 lb gained, proving last week's scale really did lag behind 🎉 Of course, some weight is water, glycogen etc, but a lot will stick a new lard, which I'm really feeling. Every day, I haul all my fat out of bed, heavier than the last. Calories averaged 5027 this week: 4 days exceeded 5k, with a high of 5728 kcal on Friday 😵‍💫 Since I started #tih2026gain, I've slopped on 10.8 lb of mostly blubber.
