32 Lessons in My 32 Years
1. I am still a child.
At 32, I still feel small in front of life. I have enormous dreams, but also fears and uncertainties. And that’s okay.
2. Being a father is the greatest gift there is.
The love I feel for my son is impossible to explain. But what surprises me the most is that, through him, I have also learned to love myself more.
3. To be at peace with the world, I first have to be at peace with myself.
I cannot pretend to be well and show up for others if I am not in balance with myself—my emotions, my health, my life.
4. G-d does not send you what you want; He sends you what you need.
Sometimes we think that not having what we want means we have failed, but what we have is often exactly what we need.
5. Being present is the hardest habit… and the most valuable one.
Sometimes hours or even days pass without truly being aware of the moment I’m living.
6. Shades of gray are wise.
Not everything is black or white; flexibility is an advantage, not a weakness.
7. Love is the consequence of care.
You don’t care because you love; you love because you care.
8. You don’t “have to” do anything.
Life is not an obligation—it is a choice.
9. Family is the backbone of everything.
Without the people I love, life would have no one to share its meaning with.
10. Therapy is not weakness. It is maintenance.
Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

Even in difficult moments, choosing how to respond is in your hands.
12. Gratitude brings peace.
When you are grateful for both the good and the bad, you find real richness.
13. Control is an illusion.
The only things we truly control are our attitudes and our reactions.
14. If everything ended tomorrow… would I be at peace?
Living each day intentionally is the closest we get to that answer.
15. The beautiful thing about life is that everything passes—and the painful thing is that everything passes.
Both the good and the bad are temporary.

It magnifies your character, for better or for worse.

Tomorrow is an uncertain promise.

Every mistake prepares you for the next opportunity.
26. The most important decision of your life is who you share it with.
Your partner will shape your happiness and the course of your life.
27. If you’re not enjoying the journey, rethink the path.
Success means little if the road to it takes away your joy.

Belief helps you move forward when certainty disappears.

Love builds and connects, while hate only destroys.

Where the people you love are, that is home.

You miss every opportunity you never dare to take.

Life is about constantly learning, growing, and evolving.
