As a young boy in primary school I didn't quite follow most of what was going up on the blackboard. This was pretty much daily. And everyday, and I stress, everyday, I would come home and my mother would go over with me what was done and what I had to do for homework. From algebra to verb conjugations in Spanish, she took the time and taught in ways I understood. Now that I'm older, the thought of a child coming to me with questions on maths and history scares me. Good luck to him or her :) I didn't know then that I was dyslexic. I didn't find that out until I was 34. She didn't know either. She was just doing what she saw as her duty and passion, helping and guiding (with patience...most of the time 😚). | The other 50 percent of where the good looks come from ;) My mother.
