today all I had was a handful of pretzels and one single steak and nothing else am I an ana legend now

I think one of the reasons I often binge in the morning or afternoon is because I'm not sure what my parents will be making for dinner. Will it be a lot or a little or nothing at all? so I usually eat a little just in case nothing is made later, but I end up binging. today I don't have to tho. Having steak at boyfriend's house!!

I went to a grad party today... All the food they had was PASTA. I always binge on pasta. I only ate one plate of food tho thank God. It didn't fill me up much so I ate a lot when I got home. I'll do much better tomorrow. Hoping to only have some coffee in the morning and not eat until dinner.

i honestly feel like if you just push through the first part of hunger it isn't so bad. like this morning I've been fasting and for the first 2 hours it hurt so bad and I wanted to eat, but after waiting, it doesn't hurt anymore and I just feel slight hunger. you just have to keep it up and not give in easily!!!

I love working out and doing abs especially because I can see and feel a difference right after, but doing core always makes me feel so hungry!!! I know I'm not really hungry but it feels that way so I usually over eat
