Imagine trying to raise and feed a baby in a genocide, in the midst of constant bombings and with no aid being allowed in! Israel has killed at least 17,400 children during its war on Gaza! With Israel's constant attacks, survival is no easy feat, especially with a baby so young!

Mo'men Gherbawi is a palestinian man from Gaza.
He dreamed of a bright future after high school, but instead of celebrating his success, he found himself running from bombs and destruction, just trying to survive.
His Life Changed in an Instant!
Their home was destroyed in the bombing, leaving them with nowhere to return to.
His older brother lost his job after the occupation wiped out the area where he worked.
His school and his sister’s university turned into shelters for displaced families, leaving no classrooms for students.
They spent everything they had just to escape and make it to Egypt after six months of horror.
How Did They Survive?
They fled multiple times under bombs and gunfire, carrying what little they had in plastic bags, running through rubble and smoke, never knowing if they'd survive.
Their last stop was Rafah, which is now under siege, where they faced hunger, illness, and fear until they finally made it out.
His father suffers from severe back problems, making him unable to work, and his medical treatment is extremely expensive.
Despite Everything, Mo'men Still Has a Dream!
He wants to go to university and build a future, to help his family get back on their feet. But today, they have no home, no income, and no way to start over.

hi. so, my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer recently after a trip to the ER that ended up with her being admitted to the hospital for several days. technically, we're waiting on the results of the biopsy; in practice, everyone responsible for her care has made it clear what to expect.
my mom and i are not the kind of people who can afford her missing much work, let alone a long stay in the hospital and all the work she missed before that because of the cancer symptoms. we'll be availing ourselves of as much assistance as we possibly can, but we also really need any immediate help we can get to make up for the time she's lost at work and support us while we're waiting to receive assistance from the government/cancer orgs/etc.
