Kugisaki's head is pillowed on his chest, her breathing even. She's been asleep for a little bit now, maybe ten minutes. Her arms are lazily wrapped around his torso, clinging to his hoodie in her sleep. Yuji wraps one of his own arms around her in turn before throwing the baby pink covers over them, accepting his fate. He is but a pillow until the sleepy beauty under him wakes.

They're in her room, and it's sometime after nine PM. He isn't sure if the excat time, he lost track of that a while ago. Moving to find out would disturb Kugisaki, so he's more than happy to keep laying here, ignorant of how late into the night it's become. They have class in the monring, but it's fine. Gojo's always pretty lax when it comes to letting them sleep in.

Kugisaki, unbothered by the slight movement, snores gently into his chest.

Yuji places a kiss to the crown of her head, a soft smile dancing across his lips. She's always so cuddly when she's tired. He didn't expect that, when he first got to know her, but now it makes total sense. There's a softer side to Kugisaki's brash outer shell, she just picks and chooses who she shows it to.

Yuji gets the feeling that they're lucky, very lucky, she's showed it to them. He gets the feeling that it's special, somehow. It only makes him all the more determined to never let go.

Fushiguro is snuggled next to them, similarly under the covers scrolling through social media. He's the most awake of the three of them, Yuji barely hanging onto consciousness. The blue light coming from his phone is only thing illuminating the room. Kugisaki forgot to turn her fairy lights on before she passed out, and Yuji isn't quite sure where the remote vanished to. But that's fine, it's cozy like this, too.

They haven't said anything for a while, maybe an hour, maybe more, but they don't need too. Yuji has found that the three of them being here, together, if often enough. Even if the quietness is part of the reason his eyelids have started to droop.

He gets the best night's sleep when the three of them have sleepovers like this, his two best friends pressed as close to him as humanly possible. Yuji's excited to wake up tomorrow, knowing he'll be well rested and greeted with the sight of their faces first thing.
