2. Quality Time. Spend quality time alone, avoiding rumination.
3. Gift Giving. Treat yo' self to something you won't regret later.
4. Acts of Service. Get your tomorrow chores done today and take tomorrow off.
5. Physical Touch. Give yourself a free massage.
This concept has really changed my perspective. Love yourself how you want to be loved, give yourself what you need. These don't apply to only our relationships with others, they also have a big influence on ourselves.
