I am confused about how the worldbuilding works. Are the wars still canon and are the characters still soldiers? And how would I make a backstory for a modern AU character without contradicting someone else's--ex, if someone applied for Ike and someone else applied for Mist and they grew up together... but each had completely contradictory headcanons about where they came from, their family's life and career, etc... does that make sense? How does that work?
Hi, apologies for the late reply on this! The wars are not canon, and the characters are not still soldiers. Essentially, you’re taking the character and placing them into a modern equivalent! So for example, Sylvain is the heir to his family’s company as opposed to the heir of a house, and the war with Sreng is moreso a company rivalry. As for contradictory headcanons, backstory etc, we’re happy to accept whatever you might come up with for your character as a basis in your application. If someone else joins with a muse whose backstory is dependent on another, we encourage discussion within the server to iron out any discrepancies! We haven’t had too much of a problem with that in the past, if that’s reassuring to hear! I hope this helps.:)

What are some details about the server?
There are roommates, roommates are not limited to the house meaning that a Golden Deer may have a Blue Lion as a roommate
There are four luxury suites on each floor, meaning each room has two students
Houses have a specific chat however there is a general school chat and a chat specifically for students and staff
Each student/staff has a space for headcanons, playlists, etc
Each student/staff also has a phone, which will be used for DMS

I have a question. Are manakete and similar characters that can change forms still able to do that here? Like could a manakete still transform into a dragon with their dragonstone? I know this is a modern AU group so I wasn't sure if it was allowed or not. Sorry if this was already asked and I missed it!
Great question! In regards to transforming beast characters, they are still like that!
Our version of a Modern AU is simply Fire Emblem as if it didn’t take place in historical times. So magic, beasts, and of course - Manaketes exist the same as they do in canon!

What does it mean when a character has been dropped???
Hi, apologies for the late response! It just means that someone who was roleplaying that character decided they no longer wanted to continue to do so, so it just means that they’re open for applications again. :)
