well lately ive been working on developing more grace for others unfortunately alongside that comes a paradoxical rage that youre not supposed to feel when giving genuine grace or itll just become resentment disguised prettily. but i cant help but think about how much i have simply never ever ever been afforded that same kindness. all the more reason to give it to others without feeling down about not getting it in return since its such a rare commodity and not something that is supposed to be transactional. and yet!

so cool how advanced the algorithm has become, it literally only takes like a decade or more of spying on all my internet activity and then it can expertly curate a selection of 15-20 youtube videos that i don't really want to watch, and then keep showing me those videos over and over again for a week so i can scroll past them again. the future is now

“people won’t be friends with you if you’re mean to them” is something you have GOT to learn in adulthood if you never learned it as a shut-in internet-socialized youth. you can’t just go up and say to ppl to shut the fuck up and kill themselves all the time and then expect people to genuinely care for you.
