weirdly enough it feels like you have no enemies in endwalker. the garleans are aggravating but they’re too fucked up to do anything and felt more like a catch and pull the ticks off program for hypernationalists. zenos was there I guess. fandaniel made himself out to be a big villain but he killed himself pretty early in and then we hit zodiark over the head with a cinder block and he died. zodiark wasn’t even a character in the end but a self-inflicted prison. fandaniel had the faith the the natural despair and unwillingness to go on in people would destroy them without him even needing to be there but he was wrong. hermes was our friend. all the blasphemies are friends and family and countrymen and in one of the dungeon you find vrtra shielding them under his wing while they maul him and he says forgive me these are children of thavnair. you wipe the tears off of a dying dude and that’s the difference between him becoming a blasphemy or not. the answer to meteion wasn’t killing or sealing her but finding her at the end of everything and holding her hand. there was a future for everyone so long as they wished for it. it was very uhhh
