valentines story starts in childhood, her father, the secret son of the world infamous belle bottom, grew up without his mom. it pushed him to want to break the cycle and raise his kids on a straightened arrow path, misguiding and sheltering Rae from her family lineage and legacy. it backfires in his face and out of sheer resentment she has decided to become a problem, she wants to pick up where her grandmother left off, which inspired her obsession with 70's disco, and she is obsessed with love due to feeling so unloved during her childhood, so she has decided to reclaim both, one night, she's breaking in to a secure vault, but that's when she runs in to another villain, Balthazar Bratt. they became friendly rivals, ruining each others heist on purpose, stealing from each other, until they realized it was too fun, and that they should team up, one team up lead to something explosive and dangerous. the a.v.l shook in their boots at the prospect, the public feared what this could mean, but only Bratt and valentine knew, that this meant everything, they became inseparable, and now help each other with their schemes, becoming the most infamous villain couple. when Bratt is arrested, valentine fixes clive, breaks bratt out, and they go under the radar, and eventually, get married, and they have a set twins, whom they will raise as "the bratt pack"

she is related to two known villains, el macho is her uncle on her moms side, and her grandmother is belle bottom, her mom and dad met at a Cinco de mayo celebration and their meeting was completely by chance.
her mother was neglectful and a fashion designer. her father was strict and a part of the military.
when she was really young, she joined a roller derby team, she became a world champion.
her uncle on her dads side is a mad scientist and helps and teaches her everything about weapons and chemistry and tech.
at first she had a rivalry with Maxime le mal, but her and Valentina actually got along, so they decided to squash the beef. valentine still has a roach phobia though.
