Under the Surface
My introduction to Color Theory in 100 words
When I was two I remember falling through the inner tube I was placed upon and sinking to the bottom of a not so deep swimming pool. I remember the light refracted at the bottom. The way the trees were morphed by the surface tension moving in a hypnotic dance of color. I admired the view. The light sparkled. I then remembered I needed to breathe and doggy paddled my way to the surface, where several adults were yelling in panic. I smiled at them all serenely. I had just witnessed the world from beyond the looking glass. It was beautiful.
