An exceptionally large deinosuchus sits under the shade of palmetto fronds.
Here is another commission for Gaming Beaver that I made around the same time as the Ceratosaurus. This time it's an image of a foraging kentrosaurus pausing to take a drink.
Here is a commission I did a while back for Gaming Beaver but never posted. It's a large male Ceratosaurus feeding on a stegosaurus carcass.
Some of my favorite pages from the first children's book I illustrated called "Once Upon A Zoo".

Here is an illustration I did of the Artamis rocket launch for a children's book about Florida.
I've been developing a new shading technique involving vector shapes. this new method allows me to render with core shadows and bounce light almost automatically. Lite blending is needed at the end of the process but it cut my old render time in half and offers a flexible work flow. I will experiment more with this method in a finished piece soon.
I've been extremely busy lately so enjoy this majungasaurus character sketch.
I just got done watching "The Dinosaurs" on Netflix and I have to say the female allosaurus with the facial scar looked awfully familiar.
One of my favorite hidden details in a portrait I painted for halloween one year.

Some one has asked If I could post the scale shapes I use for my scale brushes. So here are some of my most frequently used scale shapes. These brush tips only work on Clip Studio Paint and maybe Procreate. the gray ones work best on a soft light layer and the black and white ones work best with a multiply layer. They are in a PNG format so you should be able to extract the shapes easily. So now you can have fun making your own scale brushes.
A character design I made for one of my children's books.
The process for my cat portrait.
A portrait I made for my friend of her pet cat.
some sketches I made of Jacob Marley while I was listening to "A Christmas Carol".
