Say how do you think your oc maroon would get along with my oc periwinkle? Both work in sound based jobs on the skeld, and I'm currently considering part of Peri's job is in communications. So I'm curious right now on what you think

Tried to give this a lot of thiight while reading Peri’s biography because I geniuenly do love thinking about dynamics with Mars because they’re a huge crewmate crewmate (or however I can say ‘people person’).

One thing I notice is that they have a lot in common. They are both noisemakers, ironically enough, and they both have an interest in music. Mars would definitely take huge interest in the latter and really want Peri to make music with them. Generally I think on Mars’ end, they would quite like Peri.

Mars is a socially oblivious and awkward dork who doesn’t see ‘levels’ when it comes to the relationships they form. If they have any positive interaction or even think positively on a person, they’re usually under the impression that they’re already friends, and Peri doesn’t have many traits that would turn Mars away.

That being said, I’m not sure if Peri would feel the same way about Mars because they’re a huge would be a lot for them to handle.

Mars is extremely outgoing, talkative and loud. Since they are always wearing their headphones, they tend to even come across as louder even when just speaking plainly because they often can’t hear themselves. I fear that given Peri’s more exhausting personality and how they feel about similarly intrusive chatacters like Orange, I feel like they might not get along with Mars. Unfortunately, this would likely go over Mars’ head and they’d continue to pry.

Do I need to give a warning for the backpack stuff? I mean, I know it’s in the show, but it’s… y’know, presented like that.
