It's been so bad that I was barely able to get up on Sunday, let alone try and get steps in or think about what I'm eating.

Plus I had beach plans with my friends on Monday but because the weather was so bad all we did was walk around and I tried to stay under 1000 cals at least but I wasn't tracking that well, hate myself for it but I was still in so much pain.

Let's hope this week is better, still not feeling great but better than before.

I got the barbell protein bar, it's 200 cals (30 less than my regular one) so if they're good I'll probably swap them out.

PLUS I forgot my water bottle today UGH !

WEIAD

I actually love the think protein bars, probably because I love peanut butter but I used to eat them every single day for months !

Just had one this morning (Creamy Peanut Butter 230cal) and I can't believe how much I missed it !!

Also I saw this awesome recipe for cauliflower buffalo bites that I might try to make later !

Anyways, gonna have bone broth for lunch and dinner maybe the cauliflower bites, if I have the energy.

My husband said he has seen a difference in my face the past couple days it looks like my face is starting to slim down, and I was so happy !! Though I've relapsed I'm still trying to keep my head above water, at the end of the day this is a mental illness but I'm trying to not let it drown me completely, not when I have someone amazing like my husband in my life.

Oh and I made a lovely spinach, egg white and turkey wrap for lunch yesterday that added up to about 281 cals but could definitely be less if the tortilla was switched out, I'll post the recipe later !
