It was one meal but still. Ok so basically OMAD is probably not for me rn lols. I wanted to be one of those cute one meal a day girls but I don’t think I’m there yet the amount of cals I had is like only slightly over my bmr so like I’ll be fine as long as I get my shit together I just feel so fucking sick now like 💀💀💀💀 ugh. I had to packs of ramen noodles I feel SOOOOOO sick bro I’m so goofy. I think prolonged fasting is not the move for me FOR RIGHT NOW it’s ok tho I should just maintain today. I’m going to fast for around 20 hours and then just restrict normally for the next three days and weigh myself on Wednesday CAUSE I KNOW THE SALTY ASS RAMEN DEFINITELY gave me water retention lmao I’m goofy asf. Ugh I hate that I did that I was going so good but it’s fine I need to hold myself accountable and own what I did

Today was pretty good I’m really trying to take advantage of the faster weight loss that happens in the beginning of a relapse so that’s why I’m eating so low and fasting so long between meals rn cause it’s going to slow over time. I’m 4 pounds away from my first gw and everything is going well so far :)

I weighed in at 139.3 today!!!! I’m officially out of the 40s(again lol) hopefully for good during summer I got down to 128 but I’ve slowly gained it back over the past 6 months and I’m done with it. I need this so bad.
I’ve lost 4 pounds since my relapse on Tuesday. I did this with a 48 hour fast that I just broke. I bet half of that weight was water weight and such but that’s still a good 2 pounds! I just ate 3 eggs and had coffee total was 350 (overestimating always) but I think I’m going to continue omading(one meal a day) under 500 cal and see how well it works for me :)
