My Ketolife Dear diary, Keto life is AWESOME!!! Lol, but we're here to talk workouts. I'm fricken stacked! I should've went heavy months ago. First push, pull. Way stronger than I thought I was. Second round... Not so much.. My muscles were "wth". Now today all my lifts went up at the least 10% from first round. I feel trimmer, leaner. Weights still 369lbs. My skin... My skin is clearing up and glowing? Ha, wounds I got as a diabetic are smoothing out at an alarming rate. Research I've done suggests removing all the processed flour, sugar and starches will reduce inflammation. So there's that.
