Mr Julian Koo's on why he started Project Going Home, a Singapore based initiative that offers free home nursing services to underprivileged terminally ill patients to fulfill more Singaporeans wish of dying at home. 

People should not be forced to travel abroad and pay thousands of pounds for a dignified death. Assisted euthanasia should be made available to all people of all countries.

A person on the brink of death should be given control over his rite of passing. 

Without an assisted dying law people are taking their life behind closed doors - making a dying person’s situation worse. They are unable to have open conversations with their doctor or family , for if found out , could result in possible prison sentence of up to 14 years.
