My favorite is bertholdt 😋 although for most of the time I’ve liked attack on titan my favorite has been jean, he was only recently dethroned. (My top five is Bert, jean, Annie, Falco, and floch, at the moment!! Although the four and five spot change a lot and armin and Zeke are definitely competing for floch’s spot rn) . My favorite ship also pretty hard to pick 😭 but I really like Reibert, eremin, hitchannie, falbi, and jearmin🙏🙏🙏 I’m a huge multishipper though and I can be convinced to like just about anything if I see fanart that makes me think enough

that is so incredibly sweet thank you so much 😭😭 my biggest foundational influence is without a doubt the mangaka asumiko nakamura, who I’ve been obsessed with since I was twelve or thirteen. Her influence is less obvious now but that’s absolutely where it started. More recently I’ve been taking a lot of influence from the Italian cartoonist Sergio Toppi, who’s work is absolutely worth studying if you want to expand your horizons and see some really cool and unique art . Me and isayama also both share being influenced by tsutomu nihei, who made some really cool manga like blame! And biomega. Genre and tone wise I really love works that focus heavily on tragedy and meticulous, toiling emotions, so I suggest to check out the entire genre of bishounen and the authors dominating that field. And thank you so much again for this message, I really appreciate the encouragement and hearing people genuinely think and care about my art really makes my day and makes me love to create more . I’ve been posting my art online since I was fourteen or so, and the feedback I receive from doing so is one of my biggest motivators . I love making an impact and meeting and interacting with like minded artists, and if I had stayed too shy to post my art I would not be at the place I am today, so don’t be afraid to post!!

I guess I come up with them on the spot? I don’t use pose references and a lot of times I start drawing without even having a pose in mind, instead just a general idea I want to capture. I put limbs where I feel like there’s a blank space or where they make sense to go in order to convey the emotion or scene I want. Sometimes I want a fluidity in a certain direction or something as well. Not sure if that makes any sense but yk

thank you so much 😭😭 I draw whenever the feeling hits me but on days I do draw I end up drawing for 3-5 hours nonstop and produce 1-3 finished drawings, and sometimes I go days without drawing at all. I have become extremely fixated on aot again and the passion I have for my image of it has given me the willpower to put my all into improving and making the most accurate images of my idea of the series I can. I am not in art school, I graduated high school last year and have been just working since then. I plan to be in college soon though, maybe for art? We’ll see where I end up
