This is where you are most mistaken. People think my mimes are responsible, although I suspect that they were people who were not even fond of mimes before.

Intriguing twist on this particular question. Though it would entirely depend on the individual, so any answer I offer may be construed as equally true or false. When it comes to gut instinct, you could say that actions are more readily available than one’s speech. In a situation of life or death, for example. Protecting someone you love, or oneself. That typically comes naturally. But again, it depends on the person, and the factors involved with the situation. You can’t really generalize such a question, not without specifics.
