Captain Ahab is inspired by Moby Dick

She doesnt work for the S.o.S. in fact they really dislike her, mostly because she has a habit of getting in the way of their work.

Shes a Marine Biologist, and a little bit sadistic about it. Shes the very definition of obsession her current one obviously being; killing that damn whale.

Her and Charlie maybe have a little toxic homoerotic yuri situationship goin on. Just maybe. They both have incredibly obsessive tendencies and match each others freak a little too perfectly. Ahab is always trying to convince Charlie shes too good for the S.o.S. and to come work with her instead.

MEET DORIAN GRAY

Dorian Gray....i dont even know where to begin with him. Hes like Jekyll but way way way worse and way better at hiding it.

Him and Jekyll have a little bit of a history, nothing major but both being rich boys around the same age they saw a lot of each other at various events and parties. They're constantly trying to one up each other and have an unspoken rivalry going on.

Him and Ahab work together every now and then, mostly just him funding whatever research project shes off on this week. He honestly only works with her because he KNOWS it pisses off Jekyll.

MEET CAPTAIN WALTON

yes, the one from Frankenstein.

After the whole fiasco with Viktor Walton decided to take the backseat on insane expeditions, and is currently helping out on Ahabs ship.

Him and Viktor still keep in touch.

Griffin grew up in extreme poverty, which is what led her to pursuing less than legal means of income at a VERY young age.

due to her particular profession, she was constantly on the move; never settling down or getting too comfortable in one place. Even now that shes at a more stable job working for the S.o.S., the habits stuck.

Nobody knows much about her, which is by design. Shes worked very hard to make herself completely unattached to anyone or anything.

She tries to act like the isolation doesnt take a toll on her, but it does. It's why she pays attention to all the small details she can possibly pick up about those around her. Like maybe if she knows everything about the people she cares about, it'll make up for the fact they know nothing about her.

even when she feels like shes forgetting parts of herself, shes never forgotten anything about the people she cares for.

Winston is an Entomologist and puppeteer, he also enjoys sewing and any sort of fiber arts.

Due to his non-human mouth bits he struggles to talk, and so his puppet, Anansi speaks for him. But she has a mind of her own and she tends to...entirely construe what winston originally meant. Typically in a very offensive and harsh way.

MEET KEI

Kei works under Deliah as an apprentice, shes honestly way too young to work there and nobody really knows...how she ended up there. But shes pretty helpful and knows way too much at this point so they cant get rid of her.

She prefers to stay silent, and what she does say is muffled to the point of gibberish.

Winston is great with kids and so the two of them get along really well. They both also have a tendency to creep the others out so their alliance works out well for them.
