Getting back into the creative groove. The past 2 months have been an extremely trying time in my life, losing my mother in the midst of this pandemic was absolutely devastating, but I’m trying to get back up on my feet. Shooting Black & White film is my absolute favorite medium in photography. I enjoy developing the film myself and I love crafting a print with my own hands in the darkroom – it’s a more engaging, and richer experience, than editing a photo in Lightroom on a computer. Although Digital photography yields the most astounding results, there is something so classic and so traditional about shooting Black & White film. I prefer Ilford HP5, anybody else shoot film?
