What I do know is it's not me.' He'd tried dating. One time that is since he met Carsyn, and the whole time he did nothing but compare the poor girl he was on a date with to her. Everything always came back to her. So why the hell couldn't he just say something? He just couldn't ruin what they had. How easy life seemed to be when she was around. How all this shit he dealt with at work, or the crap his brothers decided to throw at him that day disappeared when he went to the diner and got to see her. Or when they would watch a movie at his place.

What if that changed the minute he opened his mouth? What if she thought he was crazy? Or worse. 'But you're asking me, which means you might know something I don't.' He raised a brow in curiosity at her as they continued to walk, shoulder just barely bumping against her own. That jacket was going to smell like her by the end of the night and Reid loved and hated that thought.
