If it's alright I'd like to request a drabble/headcanon of Eddie and Volt with a partner who is afraid of the dark due to the fact they have an overactive imagination.

It takes a while for the boys to learn about your fear. Once the breaker is reset, there aren’t any power outages, and therefore no more sudden darkness.
That is…until one night when it happens. Eddie is in the back fiddling with something. Volt has you sitting on his lap while you tell him about your day. Mid-sentence, the bar goes black.
Your whole body tenses up. You can already hear footsteps in the dark, see shadows moving, morphing, at the edge of Volt’s dim glow. You can vaguely hear the sound of your boyfriend’s concerned voice, but you can’t make out any words over the blood rushing in your ears. You bury your face in his neck, not wanting to let your mind conjure anything more. Familiar hands pull you in closer, rub at your back.
Five minutes. The lights are only out for five minutes. But it feels much longer to you. And, indeed, to Volt, who spends those five minutes fretting over you so much he’s worried he’s going to start stress flickering.
The lights come back on unceremoniously. Eddie walks into the room soon after, gets partway through saying “Sorry, should’ve warned you. I was trying someth-” before he sees the way you’re trembling in Volt’s arms and rushes over.
Soon, Volt’s arms are wrapped around your waist while Eddie’s hands are holding your face, and they’re both fussing. A lot. It’s only when you let out a weak laugh that they ease off. (Only a little; Eddie lets go of your face but instead rests a hand on your leg.)
So you tell them. It’s silly, really, but you’ve always had an overactive imagination (maybe that’s why the mere idea of the Dateviators didn’t make you think you'd gone insane?), and the dark tends to amplify it in the worst way.
Both of them assure you that there is no such thing as a silly fear, and you have nothing to be ashamed of. Volt boasts that he’ll never let the dark come near you, tugging you close for effect. Eddie squeezes your thigh gently and says you can rely on him, on them.
Bonus: Later on, after you’ve left the Breaker Box for the night, it suddenly hits Eddie and Volt that you’ve braved your fear for them before. When the power went out and you had to reset the breaker to save them…it was pitch black. You must have been so scared. They think back to how your hands trembled and your voice shook as you followed Eddie’s instructions. At the time, it came across more as concern for them rather than fear of the dark. But realizing it was both? It only makes them admire you more. <3
