due to personal reasons I love to stay in bed for long, long hours and simply…stay in that bed. and honor it. and highkey just remain there.

Least favorite thing about being bipolar/borderline is separting my feelings. Like is this my REAL feeling or is this just what my brain is doing to me right this second, or do I actually want this or do I impulsively want to make a decision. Am I actually unhappy in this situation or am I unhappy bc of a mod swing or an episode. I just want clarity, and I will quite literally never have it.
