Ilsa & Julia are such funny contrasts in the way Ethan emotionally responds to them. with Julia he sees her and immediately collapses onto the ground crying and/or can’t stop kissing her. with Ilsa he has repressed victorian longing where touching her wrist is sexually promiscuous and third base is hitting her with his car

Her delivery of this is incredible and I will be repeating “he does not have the clout to carry a franchise like Kool-aid” for the rest of my life

objectively hilarious that they chose the dynamic of agatha and rio to have agatha holding the power AND wanting rio to leave her the fuck alone because it couldve so easily been a "i am killing all these people to forcefully get the attention of the cold distant force of death that i am in love with" but it is instead "killing is my most favorite hobby ever, only downside is that it constantly reveals my location to my bitch ex wife who keeps begging me to get back together"

it's objectively hilarious ngl like Agatha is the most annoying person on earth that's her super power that's how she kills all these dumb bitches and to have her be haunted by her annoying ex that she still loves and loathes in equal amounts just because she can't stop killing people is so funny like girly had the darkhold and hid herself from Death but the amount of bodies she was dropping was enough for Rio to know where she was at all times even if she couldn't see her which just makes her get bitchier and bitchier because Rio just wanted to have one grown up conversation about what they lost and how to get past it but Agatha's petty ass just kept playing hide and seek for 3 centuries then got her ass hexed to oblivion by Wanda so she was off the map for 3 years and when Rio finally got a hold of her she had become this unhinged crazy ex wife but like wouldn't you be? anyway they chose both the most painful and most hilarious dynamic for these two

by far the best part of this show is that agatha, despite any hints to the contrary, is just an unrepentantly evil murderess and the level of DRAMATICS she goes through to confirm this to others just doesn't convince anyone, even though she is objectively a serial killer and will kill literally anyone by annoying them to death

he was actually a forestry graduate student who was doing research on bristlecone pines (Pinus langaevea) and got his increment borer stuck in the tree. this tool costs almost $800, so he asked the forest service if he could cut down the tree to recover the tool. after cutting it down, it became apparent that the tree was actually the oldest living organism. ever. (around 8,000 years old). so, not just some asshole. the guy feels extremely guilty and has even broken down in tears during an interview about the accident

its so different to know it was an accident and that NO ONE was aware until after. its not like this was one ignorant guy cutting down a fucking relic.
