I couldnt hold it very long bc I was cramping. Do you hold for a while when you inflate? Any ideas on what i should do next?

& it depends! If i'm just inflating for fun i don't hold very long at all; if I'm going for capacity i try to make it a few hours of slow, incremental pumping and pushing my limits. Once I'm at my max I can only ever hold it for 5-10 minutes before my body starts screaming at me.

As for nexts, I play around a bit with the medium. I've got a few ways to do water, some different sized pumps, a small helium tank, dildos, etc. that kinda accentuate the novelty for fun. Other than that consistency is key! Keep on inflating!!

Countdown is played as follows:

Before you begin pumping, select the number of rounds you wish to attempt to complete. If you know your capacity, knowing that the total of one round is 3m30s will help guide this decision. You're always free to add more rounds, but you may not remove them, and may only stop if you absolutely need to. If you wish to add an additional layer of challenge, try not to leak~!

Finally, you're permitted to break up rounds as necessary if you need to take them in shorter bursts, for example, 2x 60 seconds. The importance is focused on time taken. If you want to focus on speed, that's an additional challenge for you to attempt, but as above, be careful!

A round of Countdown works as follows:

First, fill yourself for 60 seconds.

Next, 50 seconds.

Then 40 seconds.

30 seconds.

20 seconds.

10 seconds.

Once done, you have completed one round of Countdown!
