Very heavy, lots of bubbling inside. I’ve been swelling with gas and growing heavy with waste and all I can do is release monstrous, rumbling farts every few minutes. It’s so hard to hide at this point, especially at work!

I take multiple doses! The brand I got was 3 pieces for a 5g serving of inulin, so I would take 6 (or sometimes more~) and in no time I would be blasting farts every few minutes that rumbled like thunder and smelled like death.

Be warned: do not go out in public/with others if you’re shy. You cannot hide those farts. Either plug up, and watch your belly swell in minutes as the gas builds up rapidly, or plan wisely. I’ve been really backed up and bloated lately, especially after running out of fiber gummies!
