By discuss you mean like, stating which canon evidences we have of Kurapika being trans? Because my friend, there are a lot!! I’m gonna list the main ones.

First of all, there’s them wearing a something that looks a lot like a black binder/sports bra under their clothes in several scenes in the manga and the 1999 anime, and in one scene in the 2011 anime.

Another pretty big evidence is the fact that they’re the only main HxH character that is never shown with their bare chest. In the 1999 anime they take a shower in one scene, and the only thing that is possible to see is their head and shoulder (while Leorio, on the other hand, is shown from the waist up when he takes a shower). In the beach illustration of chapter 209, they’re the only one of the gang who is wearing a tank top over their swimming trunks. Even in the manga cover of the 14th tankobon, in which they appear naked, their chest is purposefully left blank and featureless.

Then of course you have this coversation that takes place when Kurapika kidnaps Chrollo during the Yorkshin City Arc.

What you can get from this bit of dialogue is that 1 - Kurapika choose to dress up as a woman for their disguise, knowing that they could easily pass for a girl while the troupe was looking for a guy, 2 - They seem comfortable with wearing feminine clothing around their friends, and 3 - They also tell Chrollo not to just assume their gender solely from their appearance.

There’s more (I remember someone saying that their gender was never confirmed in canon, but I can’t find any proof to it at the moment), but from what I have listed I think it’s obvious that there’s no way in hell Kurapika is cis.
