I’ve been gone from fandom for several years and heard about the anniversary so I looked in the tags and saw this post. I didn’t know who we were talking about and was trying to ask OP.
I’m being told this is a new hero called Anran. I don’t know her or any of the heroes released recently.
I thought maybe Mercy because they did that Chinese goddess costume one time, and the last few times I looked in fandom and saw skins, I thought it was D.Va or Mercy but it was Kiriko whom I am also new to.
I can see after looking up skins that even with quality going up over recent years, they’re very different, but in the moment with no context I was confused.
