Yes, actually. I mean, setting aside the whole debate of canon and behind the scenes and word of god/directors saying stuff randomly on Twitter, Vico Ortiz did say “Jim, Archie, Olu, and Zheng are a polycule” and did say that if a third season happened, they wanted to make that clear.
